My knives have best in class edge retention, while maintaining plenty of toughness. I only use high quality steel and heat treat in very small batches ensuring top notch results!

All my handles are professionally stabilized by K&G. Stabilizing is a process of vacuuming resin through the wood under tremendous pressure. This makes the wood very resistant to warping and cracking. At home stabilizing is not nearly  as effective.
