Handcrafted
Each one of my knives are carefully and meticulously built by hand. I spend many hours on each blade inspecting it through every step of the process. I make sure it is as cosmetically pleasing as I can make it.
Premium Materials
Steel - I only use the best steels. My knives have best in class edge retention, while maintaining plenty of toughness.
Wood - All my handles are professionally stabilized by K&G. Stabilizing is a process of vacuuming resin through the wood under tremendous pressure. This makes the wood very resistant to warping and cracking. At home stabilizing is not nearly as effective.
